The Malaysia Commercial Vehicles Traders’ Association (MCVTA) marked its 4th Anniversary with a milestone celebration on 16 August 2025, bringing together over 350 members, industry leaders, and government officials to chart the future of Malaysia’s commercial vehicle sector.

On 12 June 2025, MCVTA President Mr. Gwee Bok Wee and Advisor Mr. Cho Chee Seng, facilitated by Singapore Vehicle Traders Association Honorary Chairman Mr. Jacky Nian, visited the Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) Sin Ming Office and the STA Inspection Centre.

MCVTA held its second AGM in 2025 in a hybrid format, covering the reporting and affairs for both the year 2023 and 2024. Members joined both in person and online to review the Association’s activities, financial reports, and future plans.

MCVTA and the Malaysia Trucking Federation co-organized the Logistics Conference covering topics on the “Challenges Facing the Logistics Industry in Malaysia.  The Conference was held on 17 May 2025 at the Automechanika Kuala Lumpur, KL Convention Centre (KLCC), attended by more than 200 members from the logistics industry.

MCVTA engaged with JKKP to discuss and plan the establishment of a PMA inspection facility.

MCVTA is honoured to have participated in this event, thanks to the provision of complimentary booths by the organizer. MIAPEX 2024 provided a platform for networking and promoting our association's mission and activities.
